 Robust Processes

Ensuring the authenticity of each and every candidate’s career history is paramount to the success of our business.

Every prospective employee is subjected to a rigorous, impartial interview process encompassing both skill based and behavioural questioning.  All successful appointments undergo comprehensive reference checks and background checks (credit checks, Ministry of Justice, qualification verifications).  Psychometric testing can also be provided as a part of this process.
